According to the show's official synopsis, "After losing the gold and fleeing the Outer Banks, Season 3 finds the Pogues washed ashore on a desert island that, for a brief moment, seems like an idyllic home. Officially deemed 'Poguelandia,' the island's newest residents spend their days fishing, swimming, and reveling in the carefree lifestyle of their temporary dwelling. But things quickly take a turn for the worse when John B, Sarah, Kiara, Pope, JJ, and Cleo find themselves embroiled once again in a race for the treasure, with their lives hanging in the balance.
Stranded and desperate,
they must navigate their way through a world of treachery and deceit, with Ward
and Rafe thirsting for revenge, and a ruthless Caribbean Don hot on their
heels. Was the treasure ever really within their grasp, or was it all a setup
to ensnare them once and for all? Only one thing is certain: the Pogues must
band together to survive in a world that seems determined to destroy them."
